The Packers will be suiting up in green and gold for the big game and for the first time ever a Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) bus will too. One special bus will receive a unique coat of paint and decals in honor of the Packers journey to Super Bowl XLV.
Packers pride will spread to the rest of the fleet as all MCTS buses will display “Go Pack Go” on their electronic destination signs and MCTS operators working shifts on Friday, February 4 through Sunday, February 6 will be permitted to add some Packers flair to their regular uniforms, in the form of hats, ties, sweaters, sweatshirts or jerseys.
All MCTS buses are already decked in green and gold as part of their tri-color paint scheme, and will continue to provide the safe, reliable and efficient service riders expect as they head out to watch the game.
For those lucky fans heading to Arlington, TX for the big game Route 80 (6th St.) takes you to the airport and thanks to a new added stop, will drop you just outside the baggage claim area.
The Milwaukee County Transit System is a vital service to the community, connecting 40 million riders each year with jobs, schools, shopping, healthcare and recreation in Milwaukee County.
