What do Donald Driver and your Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) bus driver have in common? Both will be sporting green and gold this weekend to celebrate the Green Bay Packers advancing to the NFC Championship Game.
MCTS operators working shifts on Friday, January 21 through Sunday, January 22 will be permitted to add some Packers flair to their regular uniforms, in the form of hats, ties, sweaters, sweatshirts, or jerseys.
MCTS buses are already decked in green and gold as part of their paint scheme, and will continue to provide the safe, reliable and efficient service riders expect as they head out to watch the game.
For those lucky fans heading to Chicago for the game via Amtrak, Route 57 (Walnut-N. 92nd) will get you to the Intermodal Station downtown and Route 80 (6th St.) takes you to the airport, where you can catch a shuttle to the station there.
The Milwaukee County Transit System is a vital service to the community, connecting 40 million riders each year with jobs, schools, shopping, healthcare and recreation in Milwaukee County.
